As one of the leading commercial property investment consultancies in the UK, The Prideview Group are committed to giving back. Therefore, we have been supporting One Kind Act since 2016. All of the funds that we either donate ourselves or fundraise via our charity events are sent to One Kind Act, whose excellent due diligence process ensures the monies are put to appropriate use.
Our successful collaboration with One Kind Act over these years to support charities in the UK and across the world, has encouraged us now to become their Sponsor Partner and cement our commitment to continue to give back!
Our flagship charity event is the #PrideviewCricket Cup - the property industry's biggest cricket tournament – which takes place every year in July at Merchant Taylors' School in Northwood, Greater London. A fantastic day out for businesses, investors, professionals and their families.
GRANTS MADE BY OKA TO DATE ON BEHALF OF THE PRIDEVIEW GROUP
Prior to becoming our Sponsor Partner in mid 2021, because of their amazing fundraising efforts at the annual Cricket Day event, grants totalling £121,145 were made towards the following projects:
- Bright Start Scholarship Program through YUVA to sponsor 14 children stuck in the poverty cycle into further education
- Covid Appeal here in the UK through Seva and BAPS and in India through YUVA and BAT
- London Community Kitchen to help with the enormous food poverty experienced in the UK, especially as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
- Made with Hope to provide education to the poor children that live in rural communities around Arusha in Tanzania.
- Project Chirag to provide solar electricity for an entire village of 150 households in Rajasthan, India.
- The Real Junk food Project to renovate their kitchen in north-west London that supports over 100 families.
- Educate for Life to support 16 students to study further at secondary schools and support the professional development of 27 teachers to teach at a school in Rajasthan, India.
- Able Trust to support 10 girls at an orphanage in Faridabad, India for a whole year and support cataract surgeries on the elderly villagers of India
- Healing Little Hearts to send UK doctors to India to treat congenital heart disease in babies and children in India.
- Big Hug Foundation to support 108 young slum children in Kolkata, India.
- Light in Africa to help build new premises for a learning centre for disabled children in Tanzania.
Since becoming a Sponsor Partner in mid 2021, and through their continued fantastic fundraising efforts at their annual Cricket Day event, OKA have made the following grants on their behalf:
- £8,000 was made to ABLE to enable them to carry out cataract surgeries in India.
- £8,000 was made to LCK towards purchase of bags of Fruit and Vegetable bags for children at 12 schools in Harrow for a period of 4-6 weeks.
- £13,500 was made to YUVA for 9 student scholarships as part of BSSP
- £10,000 was made to LandAid towards the support and provision of shelter to the homeless youth in the UK.
- £7,000 was made to Punarnava was made towards the purchase of provisions and for the preparation of a daily midday meal for 100+ elderly villagers, as part of the continuance of Project Annam.
- £3,000 was made towards the OKA Hunger Appeal
- £15,000 was made to YUVA for 5 student scholarships and 1 school transformation as part of BSP
- £3,000 was made to YUVA for 3 student scholarships as part of BSP
- £10,000 was made to Made with Hope towards the renovation of 6 classrooms and a grant of £1,000 was made for installation of two classroom doors at Manyire school, Tanzania.
- £10,000 was made to YUVA for 1 school transformation as part of BSP
- £9,400 was made to OFFL, LCK & SWAT for over £3,000 each to help keep feeding the homeless and vulnerable suffering from food poverty
- £10,000 was made to LandAid towards the support and provision of shelter to the homeless youth in the UK.
- £8,000 was made to Made with Hope to construct 8 rainwater harvesting tanks at Mzimuni School, Tanzania.
- £13,418 was made to YUVA to build YUVA to build a preschool for the newly built OKA school outside of Mumbai.
The #PrideviewCricket Cup 2023 - Tuesday 18July 2023
We are delighted to announce The #PrideviewCricket Cup 2023, commercial property’s biggest cricket tournament, is being held on Tuesday 18th July this year. Have a look at what fun it was at last year's event and join us..... and perhaps get your name on the Trophy!
The tournament will take the same format as last year: six teams
will take part and there will be a separate professional celebrity match. Old Merchant Taylor boys will also play for whom parents and
friends can come as spectators for ticket price of £50, which will include food

The #PrideviewCricket Cup has raised tens of thousands of
pounds for charities in the UK and abroad. This year, the event will be raising funds for:
- LandAid - a charity which works across the UK to help support young people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
- Yuva Unstoppable – a charity which works around India to transform government schools with new modern sanitation facilities and smart classrooms and grants 2-year scholarships to academically bright children coming from very poor backgrounds.

Spectators: This is an RSVP event with limited availability so please note if you would like to attend you must make a £35 donation in advance here (otherwise we will be charging £50 on the day!). When making your donation please provide all spectators names and email hina@prideviewgroup.com to inform her of your purchase.
OMT Colts Players / Parents: Entry for Colts is £15 per player including Food, Drink, a gift and medal and Parents (if consuming Food & Drink) must donate the Spectator charge above.
