One Kind Act are proud to announce Kabir Bhogal's 'Trek to Everest Base Camp for One Kind Act' Challenge:
Having my own daughter, who turned two in December, has shown me just how important early education is — not just for children, but for parents too. The preschools I’m raising funds for through One Kind Act will provide a safe, nurturing space where children can learn, grow, and thrive. They’ll also offer age-appropriate nutrition from as young as six months, and support pregnant mothers with their own nutritional needs — giving families the strongest possible start.
Trekking to Everest Base Camp will be no easy feat — 12 days of basic living, long climbs, and thin air will push me far beyond my comfort zone. But knowing that every step I take helps to build a Preschool Centre for families in need will keep me going all the way to Base Camp.
