"Support me on my Mumbai to Goa Cycling Challenge in January 2023 – on behalf of the amazing charitable work of One Kind Act to help accelerate the educational life chances of children so that they can prosper and create a more prosperous future

I have been part of a group of like-minded friends who bike ride regularly over the past fifteen years and undertake cycling challenges in support of good causes. In January 2023, I will be riding with a new group of friends on a journey of over 350 km from Mumbai to Goa over 5 days to help raise much needed funds to assist those less fortunate. 

We all know the benefits of cycling in terms of general health, the environment and mental well-being. For others, whether living in poorer communities in India or Africa, the provision of much needed education facilities and education tools, is a lifeline – whether it is because it involves a long walk or a hard cycle ride to get to school.

The charities that One Kind Act support provide valuable educational opportunities in these disadvantaged communities and help children find their own road to a brighter life.
