Mindful Morning is a unique event designed to help you explore your own journey towards inner peace, personal growth, and overall well-being. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or are completely new to the practice, this event welcomes individuals of all experience levels, encouraging inclusivity and community.
The morning will kick off with an invigorating yoga session led by Angie Tiwari. Through her expert guidance, you will delve deep into various yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practices. Angie's teaching style is known for its compassionate and informative approach, allowing you to explore your mind-body-soul connection and discover the healing power of yoga.

This will be followed by brunch giving you the opportunity to have meaningful conversations with like-minded individuals.
